We have reserved two small room blocks within close proximity to the Georgia Aquarium.
Omni Hotel at CNN Center
The Omni Hotel at CNN Center is within walking distance to the Georgia Aquarium. Simply take a lovely stroll through Centennial Olympic Park to arrive at the nearby Georgia Aquarium. Room rates are $189 per night. Please make your reservation by calling 1-800-THE OMNI and referencing Venture Atlanta as the group name or event.
The Ritz Carlton – 181 Peachtree Street Northeast, Atlanta, Georgia 30303
The Ritz Carlton downtown on Peachtree is a quick 5 minute cab ride from the Georgia Aquarium. Room rates are $199 per night. Call-In: For individual reservations, please call 1-800-241-3333 and simply reference Venture Atlanta at The Ritz-Carlton, Atlanta along with the dates. Online reservations: Individual guestroom reservations may also be made on their Reservations page by entering the group code which is located on the bottom of the page. The 7 letter code to use is VNTVNTA.
Registration FAQ’s
How do I register multiple people?
You may register more than one person at one time. Simply register one main contact and then as many guests as you’d like. This will allow you to input your billing and credit card information only once. All major credit cards are accepted at the time of registration. Checks are also an acceptable form of payment.
Can I cancel my registration?
Due to pre-registration costs and guarantees, refunds or credits are not extended for this event. However, registrations are transferable. On the day of the event, the substitute attendee must present a copy of the registration receipt or e-mail verification to be admitted to the event.
If my company is a sponsor do I still need to register online?
You only need to register online if you are purchasing tickets that are in addition to your contracted quantity in your sponsorship package. Allyson Eman will contact all sponsors to register individuals.
Can I register the day of the event?
If space is available. The walk up price is $650 per attendee.
Can I register for separate events or only one part of the conference?
Our prices are for the entire two day event.
What type of payment do you take for registration?
You can pay via credit card (AMEX, VISA or Master Card) or by check. No cash is accepted.
